Blake Lively, whose real name is Blake Ellender Brown, was born to actor Ernie Lively and Elaine Lively on August 25, 1987 in Tarzana, Los Angeles, US. She burst onto the entertainment scene with her breakthrough role in the 1998 movie Sandman, directed by her father, Ernie. Blake shot to stardom with the portrayal of Serena van der Woodsen in the CW television series Gossip Girl from 2007 to 2012. Her recent project is the 2025 movie Another Simple Favour.
