Addressing an inaugural function, Musharraf said that people should reject those elements opposing progress and development of Pakistan and Balochistan.
He said that the dam would bring new era of progress in Zhob. At least 15,000 people would get clean drinking water and 10, 000 acres of land would irrigate by the dam.
The dam would have storage capacity of 32, 700 acre-feet. The project worth is 1.5 billion rupees.
