Elon Musk is the son of Errol Musk and Maye Musk. He is the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, owner of X (formerly Twitter), and founder of xAI, Neuralink, and The Boring Company. As of late 2025, he is the wealthiest person in history, having become the first individual to surpass a net worth of $500 billion following the approval of his historic Tesla pay package. Musk briefly served in the US government in 2025 as the head of the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). He is the father of 14 children, recently welcoming new additions with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.
