Uniform education
In the 1940s, right after the creation of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah discussed his education plans for the new country in detail. He was always in favour of a uniform education system. Our country’s sincere leaders came up with this great advice many years back. The question is: why is it that all our plans remain limited to being on paper? Decades have passed, and we haven’t implemented any of the policies that were drafted to reform the education system. Had we adopted the policies of our sincere leaders, we would have become an educated and more developed nation. Last year, the Covid-19 outbreak has had devastating effects on the education sector. To ensure that academic sessions remain unhurt, many developed countries quickly took help from digital learning resources in schools and universities. On the other hand, Pakistan was left behind because it found it difficult to use these learning tools.
If we start working towards achieving those targets that were set by our founder and his efficient team from now, we can manage to uplift our education system.
