Students to get stipend through PITB software

LAHORE:Ombudsman Punjab Major (R) Azam Suleman Khan on Tuesday announced that all deserving students across Punjab will be paid educational scholarships under the government Khidmat Card policy through an integrated system which is being designed by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).
This decision was finalised by the ombudsman while taking serious notice of a student, Lubna Habib, from Govt Girls Elementary School Chak No 199, District Bhakkar. The ombudsman office received so many other applications pertaining to this issue.
