It was heart-wrenching to see the video clip on a social networking site which showed how two pet dogs attacked a passer-by. The incident happened in one of Karachi’s posh residential areas. The video showed that the dogs appeared out of nowhere and attacked the man without any provocation. What was even more disappointing was to see that no one was there to help the victim.
The owner of the dogs should be held responsible for this brutal attack.

The authorities must punish those who are responsible for the attack. These aggressive dogs shouldn’t be left without supervision for another episode of brutality.
This incident has raised an important question: should dangerous dog breeds be banned?
