We people were so busy in our daily lives that we were even neglecting our own selves. In the hustle and bustle of competitiveness, the idea of self-care was losing its significance. Now due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we all are being restricted to our homes. I suggest that this is the most suitable time to do all that was lacking in your daily routine.
Don’t forget that a positive mindset strengthens your immune system and a strong immune system is a necessity to fight against any viral disease. So from now onward you should distant yourselves not just from the outside world but also from any kind of negativity. Try to take enough sleep, it will also boost your immunity. Take a cup of tea or coffee and pick up your favorite book that you always wanted to read. The cell phone in your hands will help you contact your good old friends and distant family members. Light a candle in your room and meditate on whatever you want. Stay hydrated, don’t miss your prayers and be informed about the needy around you. And most of the time seek forgiveness from Allah.
