LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has expressed a deep sense of sorrow and grief over the sad demise of renowned scholar, historian, journalist, writer and educationist Sharif-ul-Mujahid.
In his condolence message, the chief minister extended heartfelt sympathies and condoled with the bereaved family and prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the bereaved family members to bear this loss with equanimity. He said that people like Sharif-ul-Mujahid are recognition and pride of society. Sharif-ul-Mujahid benefited thousands of students and his services in education and research fields will long be remembered.
