DIR: A fire in Bibyawar Bazaar in Upper Dir district gutted two shops and caused millions of rupees loss to the shopkeepers. It could not be known how the fire started. Rescue and local sources said that the incident happened at around 3:45am on Friday. A civil defence volunteer said that they were informed at 4am that shops had caught fire there in Bibyawar Bazaar. He added that he along with other volunteers rushed to the site and took part in rescue operation.
