NOWSHERA: Two impersonators deprived a citizen of cash and valuable at the Dagai Chowk on Tuesday, police said.
They said that Muhammad Altaf, a resident of Daag Jadeed, was waiting for a bus along the main road to go to the Pabbi town to purchase furniture for his son’s wedding when a car stopped by him.
Two strangers pretending to be personnel of an intelligence agency alighted from the car and deprived him of Rs80,000 cash, mobile phone and computerized national identity card and drove away. The police launched investigation after registering a case against unidentified accused.
