12 dead,20 hurt in Bahawalnagar, Gujranwala accidents
BAHAWALPUR: Nine people, including three children and four women, were killed while 20 others sustained injuries in separate accidents in Bahawalnagar. A bus was carrying passengers to Lahore when it overturned due to heavy fog near Adda Latifabad. As a result, Nazia , Aneela, Hashim, Iqra and Nadeem were killed on the spot while 18 others sustained injuries. The injured were rushed to a hospital where a woman and a child succumbed to injuries. In another incident, a truck rammed into a wagon due to heavy fog at Arifwala Bypass . As a result, two passengers were killed while two others injured.
GUJRANWALA: Three persons were killed in an accident near Kamoki on Saturday. Reportedly, Habib, Dilawar and Nawaz, all residents of Mandiala Warraich, were on their way by a motorcycle when a dumper hit them on GT Road. As a result, all three motorcyclists died on the spot.
