GUJRANWALA: Some eighteen passengers sustained injuries when their van overturned on GT Road near Chanwala locality on Sunday.
A Lahore-bound van overturned when its axle broke, leaving 18 passengers wounded.
The injured were rushed to tehsil headquarters hospital Kamoke.
MAN DROWNS: A man drowned on Sunday.
Rafaqat Ali of Alipur, Farid Town drowned when he was taking bath in Upper Chenab canal near Ferozewala bridge. Rescue-1122 officials fished out the body.
