Muslim Gymkhana triumphant

LAHORE: Muslim Gymkhana beat Model Town Greens by one wicket in the Ch Mohammad Hussain Memorial Invitation One-Day Cricket Tournament here at the latter’s ground on Wednesday.

Model Town Greens made 193 for all in 39.3 overs. Wahab Dar with 64 and Bilal Dar with 34 were their prominent batters. Paras Khan and Farhan Nazar had three wickets while Usama Ali and Mohsin Pervaz had two each.

In reply, Muslim Gymkhana scored 197 for nine in 37.5 overs. Farhan Nazar and Nauman Aslam scored with 67 and 68 runs respectively. Aizaz Cheema and Shahzad Hameed had three wickets each.
