New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is doing a lot in promoting interfaith harmony following the Christchurch incident. She also had a special parliamentary session in which she greeted everyone with Salam. The session was formally started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. She also announced that the country’s TV and Radio will broadcast azaan on Friday to show solidarity with the Muslim community.
Credit goes to PM Ardern who through her sterling leadership qualities showed the male-dominated political world the way forward to global peace. The New Zealand PM has won the hearts of Muslims all over the world over.
