Quintuple murder accused granted bail

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court on Monday granted bail to three accused charged with the murder of five persons.A single bench headed by Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth granted bail to the accused persons including Farzand Ali, Lashkar Khan and Waqar on statutory ground.
The court directed the accused persons to submit two sureties bonds of Rs500,000 each for release on bail.During hearing, the petitioners lawyer, Gohar Rehman Khattak, submitted before the bench that earlier the high court had directed the trial court to conclude the trial within 45 days, but the court had failed to conclude the trial within the given timeframe.He submitted that the case was registered in March 25, 2012 at the Shahbaz Garhi Police Station in Mardan.
