Women around the world have proved that they are no less than men. They have contributed to all fields of work and have shown the entire world that they are talented and competent women who can work in an efficient manner. However, there is still one issue for which women are fighting for a long time: equal pay.
In Pakistan, the gender pay gap has been a serious issue and must be dealt with in a serious manner. Women are carrying out the same professional responsibilities as men. They take challenging tasks and perform them in an unwavering manner. There is no reason why women should be paid lesser than men for the same job. It is time for the authorities to look into this matter.
