LAHORE :The Punjab government Tuesday approved five development schemes of public private partnership and irrigation sectors at an estimated cost of Rs9.905 billion.
The approved schemes included; contract farming through public private partnership (PPP) (PC-II) at the cost of Rs20 million. Establishment of Agri-Mall at Bahawalpur under PPP at the cost of Rs18.70 million, Development of Tourist Resort under PPP at Uchali Lake, Soon Valley, District Khushab (PC-II) at the cost of Rs20.080 million, Construction of Dadhocha Dam, Rawalpindi (Revised) at the cost of Rs6137.571 million and Extension and Rehabilitation of Qutab Drain, District Rajanpur at the cost of Rs3709.239 million.
