LAHORE: The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) took action against many businesses here Friday. Officials said a team of PFA sealed a renowned factory of Muraba manufacturing in Bhagatpura for unhygienic conditions and other violations, including use of substandard chemicals, use of blue drums, presence of fungus and other insects. The PFA teams also fined a number of ice factories, including Ahmed Ice Factory at Tajpura, Mushtaq Ice Factory at Green Town, Imran Ice Factory at Gulberg and Tahir Ice Factory.
