Mobile phones have brought a revolution in the world of communication. But its excessive and careless use creates a taxing situation for us. Some people use it excessively which is harmful for them. Research suggests that the overuse of mobile phones can cause the loss of hearing among adults. Also, it has been noticed that most of the people use mobile phone while riding a bike or driving a car. It is lamentable that this practice is not only adopted by the young and immature individual, but mature and grown up citizens do the same. As their attention is diverted, they lose their control on the vehicle and cause fatal accidents.
People should be made aware of the dangerous consequences of the careless use of this modern form of technology. To tackle all these problems, the government should run a campaign on the electronic and print media to make people more responsible and careful as far as a balanced use of mobile phone is concerned.
