Urdu poetry book ‘Riyaz-e-Sukhan’ published
Islamabad: A new colorful Urdu poetry book titled ‘Riyaz-e-Sukhan’ containing 254 pages written by renowned Pakistani author Dr. Asif Riyaz-e-Qadeer has been published by Roodad, Islamabad, says a press release.
It’s price is Rs1,200 ($25) and contains ‘ghazals’, poems, quadrates, couplets, songs, ‘dhamal’, ‘sehra’ and many other poetry formats.
The poet has expressed his heartfelt love for his homeland, Pakistan, his national language Urdu and for all those people and characters who have done a lot for promotion of education and human values. Dr. Asif Riaz-e-Qadeer is NBF Book Ambassador living in Houston, United States of America and serving there as doctor for long time.
Dr. Asif Riaz-e-Qadeer is presently the President Doctors Hospital Tidwell Houston Texas and Chief of Triumph Hospital, North Houston Texas. He was awarded with ‘Physician of the year, Texas-2005,’ ‘Ronald Reagan Gold Medalist 2005’ and ‘Physician of the year 2012’ award. He has worked as a President American Academy of Physician Specialties in Family Medicine 2011-2012. He is also the Member Board of Trustee Zindgi Trust, USA. Dr. Asif Riaz-e-Qadeer worked a lot in propagation of Urdu language in Pakistan and abroad equally.
Dr. Asif Riyaz-e-Qadeer has dedicated this new book to his parents, wife and beloved children. He has been fully recognised and appreciated over already published his six famous books ‘Aalmi Afsanay,’ ‘Meray Pasandeeda Afsany,’ ‘Mazah Pary,’ ‘Muntakhab Mazahia Shairi,’ ‘Punjabi Shairoon ka Jadeed Tazkira’ and ‘Nadir-o-Nayab Ashaar.’ Dr. Safdar Ali Shah, a famous author/translator has translated Dr. Qadeer’s Urdu poetry into English. The book is published on golden color paper containing artistic designing and antique pictures which have made this poetry book a unique and graceful.
