Cops face action for ‘helping students cheat in exams’
By our correspondent
Sindh police chief AD Khowaja took notice of reports on Friday regarding the alleged involvement of police in facilitating students in cheating during the ongoing Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examinations in Shikarpur. The inspector general of police sought a report from the Larkana DIG and the Shikarpur SSP and directed them to take immediate action against the cops. He told all DIGs to ensure that the cops deployed at exam centres performed their duties honestly. He warned of action against cops if they intervened in the exam process or established any contact with the candidates.
