The former captain of Pakistan, Younis Khan, gave the nation another reason to celebrate. On the third day of the test match between Pakistan and the West Indies, Younis became the first Pakistani cricketer and the thirteenth in the world to score 10,000 runs in the Test format.
Younis Has played a huge role in stabilising Pakistan’s Test cricket after the match-fixing scandal. Under his captaincy, the country won the T20 World Cup 2009. A few weeks back, he expressed that the latest Test series between Pakistan and the West Indies will be his last. He is most likely to retire from the cricket world. The cricketer deserves praise and recognition. Wish you best of luck! You will always be in the heart of every Pakistani.
