‘PTI to be reorganised’

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Central Punjab President Abdul Aleem Khan has said party will be organised at grass root level and stated all the stalwarts are ready to launch movement against present regime on the call of Imran Khan.

Addressing a reception hosted in his honour by the PTI Women Wing, Abdul Aleem Khan said that not offices, but performance mattered in party, adding it was time to obtain results of the PTI struggle. He said present rulers did nothing but wasted three years of the nation and it was time to rise against them. He said the call of August 7 by Chairman Imran Khan to launch movement against present regime was a challenge for every sincere worker. He said that as head of the central region, his priority was to reorganise party and purge it from any kind of grouping. He stated that women wing had a key role in the success of party in future and stated in central Punjab region, new wings would be set up to ensure maximum participation of women in PTI affairs. Abdul Aleem Khan also said that every member of party had to abide by discipline. Saloni Bokhari, the leader of PTI Women Wing Punjab termed nomination of Abdul Aleem Khan a welcome decision and assured complete cooperation from women activists in any call given by the party. The PTI women leaders, including Saadia Sohail, Dr Nosheen Hamid, Musarrat Jamshed Cheema and others were also present on the occasion. Meanwhile, head of PTI Southern Punjab region Ishaq Khakwani chaired the meeting of party workers hailing from districts of Muzaffargarh and Khanewal to review preparation for the August 7 call.
