Report on Nine-Zero raid being prepared: Rangers

KARACHI: The Sindh Rangers have said they are preparing a report on the raid conducted on Nine Zero, the headquarters of the MQM, in Azizabad on March 11 this year.
Sources in the paramilitary force said on Saturday night that it had been observed with concern that the facts and figures about the Rangers operation in Azizabad (90) on March 11, 2015 are being willfully distorted by spokespersons of the concerned political party.
This distortion of facts was due to malafide intentions to create confusion in the media and the masses and aimed at dodging the serious issues related to law and order and the safety of the people of Karachi, they said. The Rangers will issue a fact sheet about the operation in the next two to three days.
