Islamabad:The Sports School and Climb Crux Pakistan organised a rock climbing session at Saidpur Village, more than 20 participants attended the event, including youth, males, females, and children, for an outdoor adventure focused on fitness and mental well-being, says a press release.
Rock climbing is not just a physical challenge-it also builds confidence, focus, and problem-solving skills. The session helped reduce stress, improve concentration, and boost self-belief. The event encourages participants to support each other and build social connections. “Activities like rock climbing strengthen both the body and mind. They help reduce stress and improve self-confidence,” said a representative from The Sports School. The Sports School and Climb Crux Pakistan aim to promote an active and healthy lifestyle through more sports and adventure activities in the future.
