ALPURI: A coalminer from Shangla succumbed to the injuries he had sustained during work in a coalmine in Hyderabad in Sindh.
The coalminer identified as Bacha Rahman belonging to Shangla had suffered wounds while working at the mine in Hyderabad a few days ago. He was under treatment at a hospital where he succumbed to injuries.
The body of the deceased Bacha Rahman, son of Shireen Khan, a resident of Malikkhel Union Council in Shangla, was sent to his village for burial. With his death, the number of miners from Shangla who have lost lives in various coalmine mishaps across the country this year has surpassed 10.
