ISLAMABAD: Two additional secretaries (BS-21) belonging to the secretariat group have been transferred.

Additional Secretary, Ministry of Climate Change, Iftikhar Al Hasan Shah Gilani has been transferred and directed to report to the Establishment Division, while Additional Secretary, Cabinet Division, Hamad Shamimi has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Climate Change.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister has approved the extension of the contract of two directors in the Information Technology Division.

The contract of Director (ITS&DS) IT Division Hafiz Javed Ahmed has been extended for six months with effect from August13, 2024 while the contract of Director (Consultancy and Advisory) IT Division Imran Maqsood has been extended for six from August 16.
