PESHAWAR: Unidentified people kidnapped a citizen from the Charsadda Road in the limits of the Faqirabad Police Station on Wednesday.
Police registered a First Information Report (FIR) on the complaint of the wife of the kidnapped citizen, Kamran Khan.
She said her spouse was on way to his office when he was kidnapped by unidentified persons near the Charsadda Road. Police said the investigation was launched after lodging the FIR. Meanwhile, Member of the National Assembly from Peshawar Arbab Sher Ali said police were working to recover the kidnapped citizen, who, he said, was an active member of the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
