One of the country’s most pressing issues is air pollution, particularly in major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, posing serious health risks. The rampant use of fossil fuels, industrial emissions, and vehicular pollution are major contributors to this crisis. Urgent measures need to be taken to promote cleaner energy alternatives, improve public transportation, and enforce stricter emissions standards. Deforestation is also a critical environmental issue that requires immediate attention.

Forests play a crucial role in maintaining ecological balance, regulating climate, and preserving biodiversity. However, illegal logging, unsustainable land use, and urban expansion are leading to the rapid depletion of forest cover. It is essential to implement effective forest conservation policies, promote reforestation efforts, and involve local communities in sustainable forest management practices.
