Islamabad: The first convocation ceremony of Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology took place in Islamabad, says a press release.
Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, chairman of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), graced his presence at the event as the chief guest. A total of 257 students received degrees at various academic levels, including bachelors, masters, and doctorates, with 17 students receiving medals for their exceptional achievements. Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed expressed his well-wishes for the graduates, emphasising the indispensable role of expertise in science subjects for any country to excel in this contemporary era. He also lauded the efforts of Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology. Additionally, Vice Chancellor Dr. Ayub Alvi delivered an address underscoring the significance of focusing on education in the current advanced era where changes are unfolding across all spheres of life. He stressed the necessity to work diligently to adapt to the evolving requirements of this dynamic world.
