Farrukh Habib discharged from vandalism case
Investigating officer informed court that they no longer sought arrest of Farrukh Habib and had withdrawn pre-arrest bail application

ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court discharged Farrukh Habib from the case related to vandalism at the judicial complex on Tuesday.
ATC Judge Abual Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain presided over the proceedings regarding the vandalism case involving Farrukh Habib, who has left the Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) for the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP).
The investigating officer informed the court that they no longer sought the arrest of Farrukh Habib and had withdrawn the pre-arrest bail application.
In light of the investigating officer’s statement, the court discharged Farrukh Habib from the case.
