In a statement issued here on Sunday, it is informed that Drug Testing Laboratory's report found batch number 050K of injectable Oxidil to be ‘fake and substandard’. It has clarified that no such instructions have been given for removal of any batch other than the above-mentioned batch of marketed injectable Oxidil.

According to the spokesperson, the pharmaceutical company that manufactures of Oxidil injection had pointed out that counterfeiters were using their company's name to sell fake Oxidil injection, batch number 050K, in the market.
