Protest against termination of factory workers

GUJRANWALA: Dozens of labourers on Monday protested against the administration of a factory for sacking 40 workers.

The protesters gathered in front of the Labour Office and chanted slogans against the factory’s administration for terminating 40 workers without any reason. They demanded the administration restore the sacked workers immediately. Later, the labour officer assured the protesters that their grievance would be considered. At this, the workers dispersed.
