Decomposed body found

LAHORE:A decomposed body of a 40-year-old man was recovered from fields in Raiwind City. A farmer spotted the body in fields in Jodhu Village and alerted police. Police reached the spot, collected forensic evidences from the crime scene and recorded statements of the eye-witnesses.

The victim was wearing joggers and track suit. Initial investigations suggested that the victim might have been killed at some other place and later his body was dumped on the site.

13 die in road accidents

Around 13 people died, whereas 1,195 were injured in 1,100 road traffic accidents in all districts of Punjab during the last 24 hours. Out of these, 572 people with serious injuries were shifted to different hospitals, while 623 victims with minor injuries were treated at the incident site by Rescue medical teams.

Two robbers arrested

Investigations Police Faisal Town have arrested two members of a robbers and burglars gang. The arrested suspects were identified as Imran and his accomplice Ramzan.
