A bystander lost his life in North Nazimabad’s Khando Goth during a robbery on Saturday.
Rescuers took the body to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, where he was identified as 50-year-old Maqsood Akhtar, son of Aziz.
Preliminary investigations revealed that motorcyclists had attempted to loot a shop. The shopkeeper sitting outside hurled stones at the assailants. In retaliation the robbers opened fire, resulting in the loss of the bystander’s life.
