KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and all other commercial banks will remain closed on March 23, 2020 (Monday) due to public holiday announced by the government, a central bank statement said on Thursday. A circular issued to chief executives and presidents of commercial banks said the central bank will remain closed on March 23, 2020 (Monday) being public holiday on the occasion of “Pakistan Day” as declared by the government.
