AIOU announces bachelor courses exam results
Islamabad: The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) announced final results of its bachelor programmes (Spring Semester 2015) including BA (General), B.Com, BA Library and Information Sciences, BA Mass Communication and BA Dars-e-Nizami, and placed the results at the university’s website www.aiou.edu.pk.
The result cards are also being sent to the students on their postal address, said controller exam while announcing the results.
The University has expedited results’ announcement process and issuing the provisional results cares to the students facilitating them to continue future study without any difficulty. In this connection, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid SIddiqui has
given a time-line to the relevant departments for results’ announcement and issuance of academic documents. Quality and transparency in the entire examination is also being ensured.
Meanwhile, the university has introduced a new updated-website facilitating the students to have easy access and communication with the University in academic matters.
It is a students’ friendly website which contains special features like information about results, tutors, assignments’ schedules, books and degrees’ tracking system and it also facilitates the students for submitting online application for admission.
Fee calculated system for each academic
program is also available
in the new website (www.aiou.edu.pk), which has been developed in more professionally manner, taking advantage of the mew technology.
Through this website, the students will get update about the status of various academic programs. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Siddiqui who formally launched the website assured the students that they will have easy online
interaction with the University for continuing their future study.
It is a part of students’ support system which is also aimed at reaching the door-steps of the students across the country, he added.
