Biker dies, another hurt in accident

OKARA: A man was killed while his friend sustained injuries in an accident near Renala Khurd on Sunday.
Muhammad Rizwan and his friend Allah Ditta of Habibabad were on their way by a motorcycle when a speeding trailer hit them. As a result, Rizwan died on the spot while Allah Ditta sustained injuries. Sadar Renala Khurd police have registered a case.
4 WOMEN HELD: Chuchak police on Sunday arrested four women for sheltering and helping a proclaimed offender to escape.
On a tip-off, the police raided a house at Fazilwala village to arrest PO Wasim. However, accused Rabia Bibi, Safeen Akhtar, Nazia Bibi and Taslim, allegedly helped Wasim to flee. Later, the police arrested all four women and registered a case against them.

On a tip-off, the police raided the factory of Shaukat Ali at Grain Market, Depalpur, and found him mixing anti-health ingredients in the animals feed.
