Punjab University Oriental College’s most senior professor and professor of Urdu Dr Muhammad Fakhar-ul-Haq Noori has been appointed Principal Oriental College after the retirement of Dr Ismatullah Zahid while senior most professor of Department of Punjabi Dr Saeed Khawar Bhutta has been appointed Chairman Department of Punjabi.
