Chinese delegation visits PSX

KARACHI: A seventy-member Chinese delegation, including businessmen, private-sector entrepreneurs, and investors, visited the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Thursday.
The delegation was led by Chinese diplomat Sha Zukang, who was head of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs and ambassador to the UN office in Geneva.
The delegation was visiting Pakistan to explore business and investment opportunities in the energy, infrastructure, textile, agriculture, engineering, information and communication technology, and mining sectors.
The visit of the delegates was facilitated by the Commerce Ministry, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, National Bank of Pakistan, and the PSX.
