KARACHI: Gold prices increased by Rs200 per tola in the domestic market on Wednesday.
According to data released by All Sindh Saraf Jewellers Association, gold rates in the local market moved up to Rs109,550 per tola. In the international market, gold rates increased by $3 to clock in at $1,799 per ounce. Local jewellers said that the cost of gold in the local market was lower by Rs1,000 per tola as compared with rates in the Dubai gold market.
