LAHORE : No new case of dengue has been reported across the province. No more dengue patient is undergoing treatment in all hospitals throughout the province.
In the last 24 hours, 275,605 indoor and 71,887 locations were checked across the Punjab while larvae were destroyed from 682 locations. In Lahore, 47,641 houses and 8,981 outdoor places were checked for dengue and larvae were destroyed.
Primary and Secondary Healthcare department Secretary Sarah Aslam directed the department to intensify the dengue prevention activities across the Punjab.
She appealed to the people that no filth of animals and no garbage should be thrown in open places. She said that precautionary measures against dengue should also be taken besides corona SOPs.
