Two car riders shot dead in Multan

MULTAN: Unidentified assailants shot dead two car riders on Shujabad Road near Ada Pirwala on Wednesday. According to Rescue-1122 staffers, Muhammad Akbar, 45, Jam Shimla, 70, and Niaz Ahmed were moving in a car when unidentified killers intercepted them and opened fire at them, leaving Akbar and Shimla dead on the spot and Niaz wounded critically.
According to police the incident was the result of an old enmity. The Rescue-1122 shifted the injured man and bodies to Nishtar Hospital Multan.
