Three arrested for selling meat of dead animals

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad police arrested three persons for selling meat of dead animals, a police official said on Thursday.

He said they used to sell the meat in the market.  On a tip-off, a police team, along with team of District Administration, raided a place in the rural belt of the city and arrested them red-handed. The dead animal was also recovered from them. Further investigation is underway from them, the official said, however, he was reluctant to disclose their identity till completion of the investigation.
