HFH conducts 5,000 gall bladder surgeries

Rawalpindi : The Holy Family Hospital has conducted 5,000 operations of removing gallbladder removal, (cholecystectomy), under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jahangir Sarwar, Head of Department of Surgical Unit at HFH, says a press release.
Dr. Jamal Nasir, Chairman, Qamar Jahan Foundation and President, Pakistan Green Task Force, in a message termed it a great achievement of the surgical unit of HFH under Prof. Dr. Jahangir Sarwar.
“He has given surgical training (cholecystectomy) gallbladder removal to more than 30 doctors at HFH and many of them are serving abroad,” Dr. Jamal Nasir added.
