Resolution in PA against expulsion of students
LAHORE:A PML-N MPA has submitted a resolution in the Punjab Assembly against the expulsion of 40,000 students from government schools for not submitting Form-B. The resolution was submitted by PML-N MPA Hina Pervaiz Butt here Monday. She said Punjab Education Foundation stopped the fees of 40,000 students studying in government schools on the pretext that they didn’t submit Form-B only. She said students’ expulsion at the time of corona when thousands of students were already sitting in homes was a condemnable move of PEF. PEF's partner schools have expelled students from first to fifth grade, she said in the resolution adding this decision of PEF falls under the category of education enmity and a matter of grave concern. In the resolution, she demanded the Punjab government take immediate action on the PEF move and give time to the parents of these children to get Form-B from NADRA.
