PRCS distributes mosquito nets in S Waziristan

PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Red Crescent Society Chairman for Merged Districts Asif Khan Mehsud has said that cooperation will continue with the government to prevent leishmaniasis in South Waziristan.
In this regard PRCS-MA distributed more than 7,000 mosquito nets in different areas of South Waziristan.
The PRCS has distributed 1250 hygiene kits and 300 hundred food items among the COVID-19 affected families. Mosquito nets and hygiene kits were handed in villages of Ladha, Sarvekai, and Sararogha tehsils of South Waziristan.
Distributing mosquito nets and food items in the Makin Tehsil, Asif Khan Mehsud said that South Waziristan was a less-developed district and stressed work for its uplift.
