Gold rates up Rs300/tola

KARACHI: Gold prices in the local market increased Rs300/tola to Rs110,500/tola, according to the All Sindh Saraf Jewellers Association, on Saturday.
Similarly, the rate of 10 grams gold moved up Rs256 to Rs94,736, it added.
In the international market too, bullion prices rose $3 to $1,878/ounce.
However, silver prices remained unchanged at Rs1,460/tola. The rate of 10 grams silver also stood the same at Rs1,251.71, it said.
Local jewellers claimed the prices in the local market were Rs1,000/tola lower, compared with the rates in the Dubai market.
