Man shot dead in Bara

BARA: A man was killed and another sustained injuries when unidentified gunmen opened fire on them here on Friday, official and local sources said.

They said Shafiq Khan and Rahidullah were going to Darra Adamkhel in a vehicle when armed men fired at them in the Shaheed Manza area in Akakhel. A man identified as Shafiq Khan was killed on the spot while Rahidullah sustained injuries. The injured were taken to a hospital in Peshawar.

The accused managed to escape after committing the crime.The police have lodged the case against unknown people and launched an investigation.
