Lahore Stock Market closed on a negative note on Friday, as the LSE-25 Index decreased by 34 points to close at 5,377 points.
Trading volumes were lower than those recorded a day ago.
Of the 59 companies traded, the value of five increased; 21 declined, while 42 companies' shares remained unchanged.
Trading volume was 1.96 million shares, lower than 233,700 shares recorded a day ago. SilkBank Limited was the volume leader with a turnover of 1.6 million shares.
Highnoon Laboratories was the major gainer with an increase of Rs12.02 per share. Associated Services was the top loser with a decline of Rs3.19 per share.
